Rolled arms curve over at the top and give this chair a settled, residential look: the kind of piece that reads as permanently at home rather than showroom-placed. At 32.75 inches wide and 41 inches tall in the upright position, it has real presence without overwhelming a room. This is the power version, which means the recline is motor-driven and button-operated rather than handle-released.

Press the button and the chair moves through its arc, stopping wherever you release it. An integrated battery runs the motor and holds a charge for up to three months of normal use. There is no cord required at the wall while seated. The headrest adjusts manually in four directions, tilting and telescoping separately, independent from the recline position. That combination, motorized recline plus manual headrest fine-tuning, covers most of the postural adjustments you'd want in an extended sit. The power version runs roughly $800 more than the manual Rolled Recliner. That price difference buys mid-arc positioning and the ability to return to upright without pushing against any resistance. For anyone spending significant time in this chair, or managing stiffness that makes a push-back mechanism less comfortable, it is the better call.

Seat dimensions: 20.75 inches wide, 19 inches deep, 19 inches high. CertiPUR-certified medium-density high-resilience cold-cured foam throughout. When fully reclined, the chair extends to 47.25 inches at the back tip and needs 63 inches from wall to footrest.

FSC-certified solid spruce frame with mortise-and-tenon joinery and birch plywood panels. Made in the EU, made to order, four to six weeks from order to delivery. Choose from 100+ fabrics and 100+ leathers at point of sale; upholstery is fixed.

Choose the Rolled Power for traditional arm styling with motorized recline. Choose the Rolled Manual if the handle mechanism suits your needs and the cost difference matters. Across arm styles: the Rolled arm is the most rounded and residential; the Sloped arm is similar in width but more angular; the Track arm is two inches narrower; the Welted arm is shorter in back height and has a 2-way headrest rather than 4-way.
