Fantasy in the Full XL configuration is 64.25 inches wide, 35 inches tall, with a 17.75-inch seat height; proportions that land in contemporary sofa territory rather than accent-chair territory. Track arms and a tight silhouette. The Full XL is the middle size in the Fantasy line: larger than the cot chair, smaller than the queen loveseat. It holds two seats and opens to a 55-by-80 bed.
The Level function is what sets Fantasy apart mechanically. Single-motion, assisted-open, soft close: one movement from sofa to bed, guided by the mechanism rather than muscled by the person doing it. It's quieter and more controlled than a standard pull-out, and it reverses the same way. Manual operation, not power. The open-from-wall clearance is 89.75 inches; that's the dimension to measure before the piece arrives.
The bed is a Full XL at 55 inches wide by 80 inches long. One adult sleeps well on this. Two adults fit, but they'll feel the 5-inch deficit compared to a queen. The mattress is CertiPUR-EU certified cold-cured high-resilience foam. Seat foam is medium density, 2.2 pounds per cubic foot, tightly upholstered. The back cushions are fiber-filled and loose, with 75 percent recycled fiber.
FSC-certified birch plywood and PEFC solid Nordic spruce. Designed in Finland, made in Europe. Over a hundred upholstery choices: fabric grades A through E, leather grades 1000 through Prescott. No power upgrade on Fantasy; this is a purely manual mechanism. Four to six weeks, made to order.
If 55 inches of bed width is the sticking point, the Fantasy Queen Loveseat adds 5 inches of bed and 6.25 inches of sofa width. If the bed size works but you prefer the Nest function's dual-motion approach, the Ethos Full XL covers the same bed size with a different mechanical profile.
